Karmen Budd passed away on October 7th

It is with great sadness I share with you the passing of Karmen Budd on October 7th 2017.  Karmen and Gary have been long time residents of Shorehill Estates.  If you never had opportunity to meet Karmen or share her infectious laugh or amazing whit you truly missed knowing a wonderful person.   She was a great cook who loved to share her crab cakes and homemade soups with others in the community with unexpected spontaneity and no hidden expectations.  She had the absolutely BEST yard sales and was friendly to everyone.  She sent the best "non-traditional" Christmas cards and truly enjoyed playing cards and board games with the kids in the community almost as much as hitting all the local yard sales.  She always greeted everyone with a warm welcome.
Karmen left us too soon.   I will miss sharing tamales and the smile she always brought to my face when the phone rang unexpectedly and she just wanted to share her latest joke.  Karmen was very special and a great neighbor.   She will be greatly missed but would not want us to be sad.  She'd want us all to keep smiling and remembering the happiness she shared with all of us.

Link to her obituary is below and information regarding her funeral services.
